Another update to Kim's Transformer / Sub Station | Model Railway Hints, Tips, How To Articles and Reviews at Model Trains Online

I think I said in my last update on Kim’s HO / OO scale Power Distribution Transformer / Sub-station diorama that it was complete. Well, it seems Kim has once again proved me wrong! He’s added yet more detail to it including a Warning Beacon and now a security fence around the perimeter complete with barbed wire. And it’s all home  made too. Check it out 🙂

We think it looks excellent Kim! It’s definitely inspires me to get hunting through our recycling bin and take a fresh look at what I find. In fact, I have an idea for some simple wagon loads which I might just try this weekend. Keep up the great work Kim!

Glad you like it Fred. Kim is full of ideas for making things from stuff we’d normally just stick in the recycling bin. I’ve got a couple of Kim inspired projects on the go at the minute which I hope to get posted up on her shortly which I think you’ll like.
